🔦 Shiraz Spotlight : our Shiraz vines are loving life with healthy canopies and a little extra trimming to keep the air flow around the vines.

🫐 The berries are still small, thanks to the dry conditions, but everything is looking great.

🍇 There’s no red berries just yet, but the countdown is definitely on as we watch closely as they prepare to deepen into the classic Shiraz colour.

💦 Irrigation is the lifeline to keep the vines on track, working towards full ripening.
