Cabernet Conversations

🎙️ Cabernet Conversations: our Cabernet vines are showing off their healthy canopies, trimmed and prepped for a season of greatness.

🫐 Berries are on the smaller side for now, due to the dry weather; but with continued irrigation, we’re nurturing them toward full ripening.

🍇 Veraison (that magical colour change) is still a little way off, Cabernet Sauvignon is the latest variety to harvest.

🪣 The bunch numbers look promising, and we’re excited to see what’s in store for harvest!
